Sand plant operator • Akko, Gombe State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a sand plant operator in Akko, Gombe State. The job is on the moulding line. Day-to-day duties: • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities • Shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale • Assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together • Mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
