Now hiring: we are hiring a stitching operator in Lavaca County, Texas. You will be based at a knitwear stitching unit. Ideal candidate: • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently Day to day you will inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching.
