Waterproofing applicator — Jessamine County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Jessamine County, Kentucky. You will be based at a cold storage facility. You should have: • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane On a typical shift you will carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
