We are recruiting: we are hiring a panel wireman in Mokwa, Niger State. The job is in a factory maintenance department. What we are looking for: • Able to read single-line and wiring diagrams • Normal colour vision for cable identification • Sound knowledge of IS wiring and earthing standards Day-to-day duties: • Size and route cabling to suit the load current and voltage drop • Run conduit, lay PVC trunking and clip cable • Check earth continuity and earth pit resistance • Read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams • Fault-find on motor starters and star-delta panels • Wire single-phase and three-phase distribution boards Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
