Rebar fixer wanted in Madison County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a rebar fixer in Madison County, Arkansas. The job is on a civil engineering bridge and roads site. Day-to-day duties: • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine You should have: • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations 2+ years on the tools preferred.
