Kitchen porter — Monroe County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Monroe County, Michigan. You will work at a cloud kitchen. The role involves scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $2,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
