Join our team: we are hiring a machine operator in Travis County, Texas. You will be based at a busy manufacturing plant. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges On a typical shift you will key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature; monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift; load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper; set up and start the machine as per the job card; change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers; run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing.
