Join our team: we are hiring a fitter on the line in Lancaster County, Nebraska. The job is at an automotive parts factory. On the job you will handle: • Clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses • Pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line • Pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons Requirements: • Punctual with reliable attendance • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
