Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pot washer in Parmer County, Texas. You will be based in a catering unit. On a typical shift you will sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar. Requirements: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
