Cake decorator — Culberson County

Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics The role involves boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; score the top of loaves before baking; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Pay around $3,000 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
