Cnc lathe operator — Capitol Planning Region

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cnc lathe operator in Capitol Planning Region, Connecticut. You will work on the CNC turning shop floor. Your main tasks: • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear You should have: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Pay around $4,200 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
