We are recruiting: bread baker (Georgia)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread baker in McDuffie County, Georgia. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen You will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream.
