Now hiring: we are hiring a visual inspection operator in Scott County, Minnesota. You will be based at a pharmaceutical packaging facility. Requirements: • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade The role involves: • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
