Dozer operator — Pittsylvania County

Now hiring: we are hiring a dozer operator in Pittsylvania County, Virginia. You should have: • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine On a typical shift you will strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse; clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin; work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals; cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes; push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving; rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
