Argon welding operator — Shelby County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an argon welding operator in Shelby County, Missouri. You will work in a stainless steel kitchen-equipment unit. The role involves run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks. What we are looking for: • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
