Power press operator — Jefferson County

Join our team: we are hiring a power press operator in Jefferson County, Tennessee. You will work at a busy press shop. On a typical shift you will watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; deburr and stack finished components for the next operation; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely. What we are looking for: • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes 6+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
