Join our team: we are hiring a machine operator in Monmouthshire, Wales. You will work in a CNC machine shop. Day-to-day duties: • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Set up and start the machine as per the job card • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels Requirements: • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings • Good attention to detail and steady hands • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
