Machine setter-operator — Cheyenne County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a machine setter-operator in Cheyenne County, Colorado. You will work in a CNC machine shop. Day to day you will report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter; segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches; change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers; run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing; monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift. Ideal candidate: • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • Good attention to detail and steady hands Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
