Immediate opening: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Harlan County, Nebraska. You will be based at a rooftop bar and grill. Ideal candidate: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform The role involves lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; upsell starters, desserts and beverages.
