Pastry baker wanted in Ogemaw County

Join our team: we are hiring a pastry baker in Ogemaw County, Michigan. The role involves monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
