Crane operator — Baldwin County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a crane operator in Baldwin County, Georgia. The job is at a plant hire yard. Day-to-day duties: • Break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment • Excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels • Check for underground cables and services before digging • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket What we are looking for: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence 4+ years on the tools preferred. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
