Great opportunity: we are hiring a halal butcher in Marion County, Oregon. You will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling 5+ years on the tools preferred. Meals and transport allowance provided.
