Rebar installer wanted in San Saba County

Join our team: we are hiring a rebar installer in San Saba County, Texas. The job is at a rebar fabrication workshop. You should have: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level On a typical shift you will lap and splice bars to the specified lap length; cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder; lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman; check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust.
