Bread baker — Passaic County

Now hiring: we are hiring a bread baker in Passaic County, New Jersey. Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Food handler / hygiene certificate On a typical shift you will shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
