Offshore rigger • Culberson County, Texas

Vacancy available: we are hiring an offshore rigger in Culberson County, Texas. You will be based in a heavy machinery workshop. You will set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight; inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists. You should have: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off.
