Vertical milling machine operator • Dolores County, Colorado

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Dolores County, Colorado. You will be based at a precision engineering workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control You should have: • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Able to grind and set HSS cutters On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
