Quality control inspector wanted in Orangeburg County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a quality control inspector in Orangeburg County, South Carolina. You will work at a pharmaceutical packaging facility. On a typical shift you will verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts; check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch; escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting. Ideal candidate: • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
