Bread and bun maker — Ganye

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Ganye, Adamawa State. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. Day to day you will score the top of loaves before baking; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity. You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
