Great opportunity: we are hiring a waitress in Vermilion County, Illinois. The job is in a café. Requirements: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems You will explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; clear and reset tables between covers; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); upsell starters, desserts and beverages.
