Lift technician — McIntosh County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a lift technician in McIntosh County, Oklahoma. The job is at a busy lift company. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate On the job you will handle: • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators Overtime paid at a premium rate.
