Milling machine operator — Craven County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a milling machine operator in Craven County, North Carolina. Requirements: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls The role involves: • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
