Dough maker — Gwale

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dough maker in Gwale, Kano State. The job is at an in-store supermarket bakery. On a typical shift you will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
