Scullery hand — Ashtabula County

Join our team: we are hiring a scullery hand in Ashtabula County, Ohio. Day-to-day duties: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method What we are looking for: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers We offer $2,700 per month plus benefits.
