Rigging foreman wanted in Reeves County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a rigging foreman in Reeves County, Texas. You will be based in a heavy machinery workshop. You should have: • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather On the job you will handle: • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads Meals and transport allowance provided.
