Garment machinist — Red Willow County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a garment machinist in Red Willow County, Nebraska. The role involves: • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet You should have: • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
