In-process quality controller • Cass County, Indiana

Vacancy available: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Cass County, Indiana. You will work in a metal fabrication workshop. Ideal candidate: • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems Day to day you will raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches; compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings; check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch; log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts; draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. We offer $28 per hour plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
