Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat cutter in Gbako, Niger State. On a typical shift you will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; season and marinate meat on request; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts. You should have: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Six days a week, one day off.
