Vacancy available: CO2 welder (Pennsylvania)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Crawford County, Pennsylvania. You will be based at a busy production line. Day to day you will bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness. You should have: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
