Join our team: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Jefferson County, Washington. You will be based in a CNC machining unit. Day to day you will read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control. Ideal candidate: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
