Cake decorator — Lincoln County

Join our team: we are hiring a cake decorator in Lincoln County, Colorado. Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Food handler / hygiene certificate Day-to-day duties: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream Overtime paid at a premium rate.
