Immediate opening: we are hiring a packaging machine operator in Lee County, Arkansas. The job is in a textile mill. Requirements: • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges Day to day you will monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift; follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine; measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges; change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers; segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches; clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line.
