Oven operator • Wyoming County, Pennsylvania

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an oven operator in Wyoming County, Pennsylvania. Day-to-day duties: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Score the top of loaves before baking • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Food handler / hygiene certificate 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $180 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
