Immediate opening: bread baker (Katsina State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread baker in Mani, Katsina State. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Day to day you will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
