Immediate opening: we are hiring a grill cook in Pike County, Missouri. You will work in a hotel kitchen. What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies On a typical shift you will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
