We are recruiting: we are hiring a machine assembly operator in Clay County, Kansas. The job is at an automotive parts factory. On a typical shift you will clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard; fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor; tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away. Requirements: • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage • Can read work instructions and basic measurements 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
