Now hiring: we are hiring a press machine operator in Hart County, Georgia. You will work in a metal fabrication workshop. Your main tasks: • Record output and downtime on the production sheet • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components What we are looking for: • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
