You should have: • Basic smartphone and billing-app knowledge • Knowledge of the local language and market • Neat, well-groomed appearance On the job you will handle: • Greet walk-in customers and find out what they need • Handle cash and card payments at the counter • Handle returns, exchanges and customer complaints • Check stock levels and raise reorder requests • Collect customer payments and chase outstanding dues Six days a week, one day off.
