Oven operator — Clinton County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an oven operator in Clinton County, Iowa. The role involves: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • 2+ years' experience as a baker At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
