Backhoe loader operator — Clay County

Join our team: we are hiring a backhoe loader operator in Clay County, Tennessee. Requirements: • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Understanding of safe digging near underground services Your main tasks: • Check for underground cables and services before digging • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket 4+ years on the tools preferred.
