Surface coating operator — LaSalle Parish

We are recruiting: we are hiring a surface coating operator in LaSalle Parish, Louisiana. What we are looking for: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Day to day you will cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. We offer $4,400 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
